Les étonnantes histoire d’Alsace n’ont dans leur besace aucun message. Elles ne prétendent pas révolutionner les esprits, pas même l’historiographie. Elles contiennent une promesse… Celle de faire de ce mélange, de cette chimie ou de cette gastronomie un régal pour l’esprit.
